This unique driver can be used for anything from small handheld speakers, toys and displays to larger TV speaker bars, Wi-Fi speaker systems, and even compact sound reinforcement systems.
Tectonic TEAX14C02-8 Haptic Feedback Transducer 14mm 2W 8 Ohm
Tectonic's 14 mm, 8 ohm TEAX14C02-8 exciter is designed be used with tablet PCs, eBooks, and appliance control panels. Bending waves, and sound, generated by the TEAX14C02-8 brings life to devices. Key Features Larger size for larger surfaces and 2 watt RMS power handling Great for with tablet PCs and e-Book readers Designed to be used with tablet PCs, eBooks, and appliance control panels, the bending waves generated by the TEAX14C02-8 brings life to devices. Adhesive is pre-applied for permanent device attachment, and the 9.55 mm (3/8") thickness is enhanced by a neodymium motor to accommodate into existing designs. Note: An exciter's frequency response and sensitivity are completely dependent on the exciter's designated surface. Thinner, smaller materials will tend to be louder and create a mid/tweeter response. Thicker, larger materials (with multiple exciters) will be slightly quieter but result in a more full-range sound. Specifications: • Power handling: 2W RMS, 4W max • Nominal impedance: 8 ohms • Dimensions (H x W x L): 9.55 x 19.5 x 40.2 mm.
Tectonic TEBM36S12-8A
Tectonic TEBM36S12-8A 1-1/2" square BMR full range driver 8 Ohm The TEBM36S12-8/A Balanced-Mode Radiator (BMR) is a driver with an extended frequency response and wide directivity compared to a conventional driver. It combines the advantages of tectonic bending wave technology and pistonic mode. It is ideal for compact audio applications that require a comprehensive, high-performance, long-range acoustic solution. This second generation drive unit has the same audio characteristics as its predecessor, with improved response smoothness and linearity at high excursion.
Tectonic TEAX13C02-8/RH 13mm Exciter 8 Ohms
The Tectonic TEAX13C02-8/RH 13 mm exciter provides a small, inexpensive means of turning flat panels of most compositions into an audio loudspeaker. Key Features Turn virtually any surface into a hi-fi speaker The exciter's high efficiency reduces power requirements Diminutive 1-1/4" diameter and 3/8" height for use in extremely tight spaces Tectonic 13 mm TEAX13C02-8/RH turns virtually any surface into a high fidelity loudspeaker. This exciter's extremely small size enables audio reproduction in places never imagined: toys, monitors, cabinet doors... even windows! The TEAX13C02-8/RH exciter employs a neodymium magnet for maximum magnetic flux around the voice coil and increased sensitivity. In turn, this reduces power requirements and makes it possible to use very small audio amplifiers, without sacrificing total output. To ensure maximum acoustic energy transfer between the transducer and the surface to which it is attached, two-part epoxy is recommended. Two terminals extend from the exciter for wire soldering purposes. Specifications: • Power handling: 2 watts RMS • VCdia: 13 mm • Nominal impedance: 8 ohms • Dimensions: 1.25" (31.75 mm) dia. x 0.35" (9 mm) H • Weight: 10 grams.

Tectonic TEBM46C20N-4B gebraucht
Tectonic TEBM46C20N-4B Wide directivity, full-range coverage from a single transducerTectonic is the world leading expert in bending-wave audio transducers, with proprietary technology including the Balanced Mode Radiator (BMR), Distributed Mode Loudspeaker (DML) and balanced exciters. Balanced Mode Radiators (BMR)The BMR is a unique flat diaphragm loudspeaker that addresses two significant limitationsof conventional cone diaphragms: break up and power beaming. BMR delivers key improvements: • Wide sound directivity: Delivers extended SPL on and off-axis, with improved coverage for all listeners• Excellent voice intelligibility: Achieved by combination of smooth extended sound power response and low distortion• Simplified acoustic solution: Preserves sound integrity due to fewer drive units (no tweeters) How to use a BMR: • Amplification: Works with all typical audio amplifiers• Low frequency alignment: Same design methodology as a conventional speaker, including passive radiators and ports• HF/MF Crossover: Not needed Highlights Bending-wave technology and pistonic modes of operation improve high frequency response Flat diaphragm increases dispersion for better off axis response Less than 1.375" deep for mounting in extremely shallow locations 2.67" across for close center-to-center spacing in line arrays
