RAAL70-20XR Flat Foil Ribbon Tweeter
The world's smallest form factor for a true ribbon with a cutoff frequency of only 1.8 kHz, which is reliable, can handle a lot of power, and sounds as if it doesn't exist... All this by using only one series capacitor as a complete 4th order L-R crossover at 1.8k, combining acoustic and electrical slopes with a minimum of additional passive crossover components. Equipped with three transformer taps for resistance-free sensitivity adjustment, ribbon replacement kits, custom faceplates, and copper solder joints. All this makes it perfect for reaching new boundaries in high-end home stereo or multi-channel and near/mid-field studio monitoring applications. It was developed according to the wishes of the most demanding manufacturers who were seeking a quantum leap in true ribbon design.
