Dayton Audio ND25FN-4 1" Silk Dome Neodymium Tweeter Element 4 Ohm
Dayton Audio’s ND25FN-4 is a versatile 1" tweeter element for use in highly customized applications requiring smooth, clean treble output. The treated silk dome diaphragm delivers excellent detail and smoothness, while the high-strength neodymium magnet enables high output from an extremely compact size. The rear-mounted heatsink and ferrofluid-filled magnetic gap provide improved heat dissipation from the compact motor structure, for reduced power compression at high levels. A copper pole cap further reduces distortion and inductance effects.
This element is identical to the round-faceplate ND25FA-4 model, but with no faceplate installed. It’s perfect for installation into a waveguide or a custom mounting plate, or in limited clearance applications such as automotive A-pillars. Simply bond the unit in place from behind, and prepare to be surprised at the clean, detailed output!
