About the Case
The enclosures are specially designed and manufactured for the speaker kits developed by variant GmbH. Variant also manufactures enclosures according to specifications for the kits of our distribution products and other sources such as trade magazines or private projects.
The enclosures and baffles are CNC-manufactured in our large carpentry shop. Rebates and joints milling and, depending on the size of the enclosures, braces ensure superior rigidity without compromising the performance of the speaker.
Through the joint and rebate technique, a precise assembly is ensured, as they during gluing
a lot of force can be applied to the surfaces using adhesive tape technique, clamps, or tensioning strap technique
without the housing parts slipping.
All that remains to be done is to finish it to match your decor or to paint it to suit your
to take off.

Fasings or roundings are only made on fully assembled housings.
